Many people in MBA programs are 29 or 30. The average age seems to be around 27-28.
There are also people applying who are much younger or older.
The point is, it depends on whether or not it will benefit you professionally and personally. I would look into what you are planning on doing career-wise and see if an MBA is a degree that is highly-valued in that path (either from a qualification or networking standpoint). An MBA is generally not for someone who is completely unclear about the next step they want to take.
As far as your GMAT and nationality - I'm not sure how it applies to whether or not you should apply to an MBA program. That being said, if you are looking to get into a "top" program, it would be difficult with that GMAT and your ethnicity, unless you can differentiate yourself somehow.
