Your stats look pretty good. However, and I suspect you know this already, you are from a very competitive applicant subgroup -- the Indian IT male.
Basically, you need to get your GMAT score up past 720 if you want to be competitive at the schools you listed below. As of right now, you are probably competitive at a 10 to 20 school. This is based simply on the five line items you provided below.
Your graduate school experience helps, but it is still technical in nature. The one thing you are going to want to emphasize in your application is any type of extracurricular experiences that demonstrate leadership and showcase a different dimension -- beyond your technical skills or IT project management strengths.
You are early enough in the application season that you can study and retake the GMAT without impacting your applications.
