Not a week has passed since I took the GMAT, and that feeling of exclusivity is fading already :(
I guess its simple mathematics. With more than a hundred-thousand candidates taking test every year, being even in top 1% would mean atleast 999 others, just like you :-D

Materials: Manhattan Books 1-5 and 8, GMAT review 12th edition. The GMAT club guide to the AWA.

I had a really hard time focusing on the math questions when taking the test. Had I been able to focus better I would probably have scored a 50 on Q and gotten a 780. Oh well.

How did you get 50 in verbal. I need suggestion from you. Please any suggestions. I gave GMAT today and my score was Q50,V28 and in my all prep tests I have never score below 38. I have no idea what went wrong, I remember being nervous. Rest i have no idea what really happened.

Your verbal is amazing. I gave GMAT today and score Q50 and V28. I have no absolutely no idea what is going wrong in verbal. I have never scored so low in any prep tests whether thats Manhattan, or GMATprep or kaplan.
I remember being really nervous when i got stuck in on SC question. Rest i went in to trance.
Please any suggestion from you is appreciated.
I am planning to give another attempt in another one week. I am tired of trying to perfect my mistakes.

What the hell? I had the same verbal and the same Quant score and got a 760? Not that I am very dissapointed, but it would have been nice to get a 770 as it would have increased my chances of getting in to HBS.
