Another day of Kellogg watch with so much drama. No news yet, so dodged the ding. I rather prefer the current modus that Kellogg releases dings rather than letting us wait until 24th March.

Is it true that the chances of ding increases as the decision deadline approaches?

Any insight will be really appreciated.

I don't think so. The chance of not getting admitted (dinged and waitlisted) increases because all of the waitlists come out on the last day. But I don't think there's greater likelihood of getting dinged compared to admitted as time goes on - at least not a big difference.

i know someone who got dinged in India yesterday, but I have not heard of any admits in India yet.

Did you received an email from the Adcom that inform you of such status changes (accepted/dinged) or did you manually checked your Kellogg Admission status online?
