I forgot to say, that's correct - there are no additional questions besides what's available in the OG 12.

Is anyone using the latest version of the Official Guide for GMAT® Review 2015 Mobile App?

I am looking for explanation of the Comp Score which usually shows up after finish an exam on the app. Finally there is no more "Game Mode" as in the previous app discussed here?

The Official Guide for GMAT® Review 2015 Mobile App lets you:
•Track your progress during your entire review
•Practice your pace for the real exam using the app’s built-in timer
•Register to take the GMAT exam directly through the app
•Customize number of questions to display in each practice or exam session (1, 5, 10, 20, or 40 questions)
•Select multiple Verbal or Quantitative question types to display in each practice or exam session
•Six month subscription to the Integrated Reasoning online tool
•Find a GMAT Test Center via the Test Center Locator capability
Purchase of the full app (US$4.99*) includes review modules, 50 GMAT exam questions, evenly distributed by type, access to four Integrated Reasoning questions on the Integrated Reasoning online tool, answer explanations, exam preparation resources, and an app tutorial.

An additional exam question Power Pack can be purchased directly from the app, and in the Apple App store. It includes more than 800 Verbal, Quantitative, and Integrated Reasoning questions for $29.99*.
