It doesn't hurt to put it on.

To preempt the GPA/GMAT score on resume. I would say, unless you are going to ibanking or consulting to leave that off. This is because marketing and management programs don't care about those things. If you put it on, it'll make you look like you are going for ibanking and consulting, and not serious about marketing and management.

I would absolutely put it on. I see it sort of as the pre-enrollment equivalent of "cum laude".

I agree with Rubashov and asimov. I would only put it on if it is a substantial/named scholarship. Especially in a resume book, it can make your resume stand out to certain employers (although not all as others have already pointed out). If it's a big scholarship like Park Fellowships, etc (Cornell Johnson), I would put it on. If it is something like $3k (ish) that school gives out to a lot of students, I wouldn't put that on.
