You're very welcome. The key takeaway is this: there are so many factors that will play either a major or a minor role on your application. I dare to say that essays, grades, work experience and GMAT make up a big chunk of the major role. But there are also other key factors on the application that can help push an applicant over to the acceptance pile: letters of recommendation, family name, extracurricular activities, honors, awards, etc. It's really hard to gauge at a specific one and say if it needs improvement, because the other factors may just as well compensate for a lacking in another place.
