With regards to your GMAT score, if you believe you can improve your score by 40+ points it may be worth considering taking the test again, however your score is competitive with your target programs.
Unfortunately there is not enough information for me to give a strong evaluation for your candidacy, although two questions an admissions team will focus on are:
1. Why are you pursuing an MBA program? (Having already received a masters degree). Be prepared to have a strong answer for this question.
2. Evidence of leadership and impact at the company's you have worked for
