Impressive score. With this score and lots of extra curriculars, you can practically aim for any school of your choice. Your GPA wont be a factor in many schools......

but i dont have a good gpa. would that work against me? particularly when im applying for the duke mms or lbs programs ??

You are asking a very objective question.

It does help to have a high GPA, but depends on your complete profile - GMAT score, extracurricular activities, internships/work exp and essays.

Weakness in one aspect can be nullified by strength in another.

I'll be applying R2. Took the GMAT today, got a 680 (44Q/40V). Hoping that will keep me competitive. 3.5 gpa. One of my good friends from HS is in the current class and is loving it. Finishing up my UNC app now though. Gotta get out of Florida!

The employers for the MMS program look very strong on paper. I know it is very late but I plan on applying in the fourth round. Good luck to all. Anyone interview yet?

I also applied for Round 2 and waiting to hear back from the admissions committee. Does anyone know about the interview policy? Are all candidates interviewed or selected ones only? I believe our admission release date is Feb 3rd.

Hey anandg112 best of luck with the application ! What is your profile like ?

till the best of my knowledge they interview a good percentage of applicants, but not all.

yup, the decision date being 3rd feb, I believe we should begin hearing from them regarding interviews any time between 10th Jan to 20th. Just a guess.
