gmatjanred,
Your GMAT score is a little below par, but it is still got enough for you to take a shot with. With just about 26 days left for the ISB app to close in R2 this year, you will not have time to take the GMAT again. I have seen plenty of applicants this year apply with similar scores (and lower ones!), banking on other parameters in their profile, and they have got through to the interview stage as well, which means you are certainly good to go.
I would say your international work experience, combined with the fact that you already have a masters degree, will help you a lot.
Next steps - make sure you create an excellent application. The IT pool is very competitive for ISB admissions, so the rub will come down to how well you structure your essays. Make sure you include all aspects that ISB looks for. Some of these will be your overall profile, your international work experience, and your masters degree.
