Has anyone interviewed so far on-campus? If so, what were the questions asked? I have scheduled mine on Nov 12th.
Also, can anyone tell me how significant an interview is in the Booth application as a whole?

When I went to schedule my on-campus interview, I believe Nov. 12 was the first available date. If so, you'll be among the first to go through the process.

Almost all on-campus interviews are done by second years and they only have your resume. That should shape the type of questions they ask.

does chicago not do daylight savings time? My my reasoning it's only 8:30 in chicago and the adcom folks wont even get in for another 1/2hr

I'm in Chicago. Its 8:36 - we did fall back this weekend.

oh thank god, sorry that I forgot about the daylight saving thing...I'm currently living in China now, so didn't get my time zone calculations right...thanks for reminding me guys. wish everybody luck! fingers crossed!! :lol:

PS...damn, just realized this time it's past the magic 9:06 now... still nothing... :cry:

Congrats!

Still waiting here. I normally have 2-3 hours of meetings every day and of course today and tomorrow are completely open plus my boss is out of the office.. not much to keep me distracted from this right now!

anyways, quick question here:

Since some people already got the email invitations today at 9:46am, does it mean that they are not gonna send out anymore invitations today? or is it rolling based even within a daily schedule?

Reason I'm asking is that it's 12:06AM in beijing now and I am very tired...wondering if I should just give up for today and go to bed... :(

I got mine in the late afternoon...last Thursday. So the invitation could come at anytime.

But you have until Dec 3rd to schedule your interview, so 9hrs of sleep isn't going to hurt anything! :)

Unfortunately i think they may be done for the day. All the other days they released invites at different times, 9:05CT, ~2:00CT and 9:45CT, but if i'm remembering right each day, all the people that got invites have the same timestamp for that day

I agree. You should get a good night's sleep. There is nothing better than waking up to the sight of an interview invite in your inbox. There is something that will put you to bed with a smile. All the best (wish me the same .. I need it :-))
