Well, the big question for me here is: Why do you want a second MBA???
you need to be aware of the school's position here: They see this as "He has one MBA. He should have succeeded by now. If not, it's too late".
Now, this is not to say it is impossible! And I have worked with at least two (Indian) candidates who had MBAs and got into good programs, but to shake you up and give you a bit of a reality check. Because not only is this very hard, but it also weakens your application.
I would say for a school like HBS or LBS, it would be close to impossible to get in. for Duke, they don't allow people with an MBA to apply, so you can take Duke off your list. The other schools however should be within the realm of possibility, if all the rest is good.
But the most important thing of all, the SECRET is your story. WHY does it make sense?? and Why should the school choose YOU over someone who doesn't have an MBA???
