Following rhyme's advice (always a smart thing to do :) ) I am launching thin new pants pooping thread for those of the unfortunate souls who are waiting with much dread and anticipation for the dawn of December, 21.

R1:

helg - Russian, GMAT 730/GPA 4.9, 7 years w.o. in supp.chain mngmt at matriculation, 1 y intl exp WAITLISTED 12/21/2006
sgrover - Indian, GMAT 760/GPA 8.64/10, 6.5 yrs high-tech - Involved with setting up an Indian subsidiary and building it from 0-100 in 2.5 yrs/ In bay area for last 1 year - ACCEPTED 12/21/2006
lhotseface - 740/Indian/Hi-tech Interviewed and then sadly DINGED 12/21/2006
lhmcjen - Hispanic American, GMAT 710 6.0 AWA, GPA 2.94 from a small state school, Psychology major; 6yrs WE in the military, lots of leadership including combat ops;married-3 kids; Military extra's Toys 4 Tots, funeral and parade details, planned transition to management consulting - sadly DINGED 12/21/2006.

I am in @ Duke and waiting on UCLA. I loved my visit to Fuqua and will be happy to attend. I only applied to 3 schools that I would love to attend.

Good luck.. one of Chicago or Wharton will come through for you. Did you apply to any other school ?

R2 here also.

R2 applicants, the interview calls start from tomorrow! Hope everyone is ready with thick diapers, as the interview calls will continue until 2/15.

My status changed to 'Complete for Round 2' a few days ago. The status also states that it has not received the official GMAT scores. I am sure that I selected Wharton during my test....I will be pissed if mba.com requires me to pay again.

I think it takes some time for the AdCom to put together the info they receive from various sources. Hope you will not have to pay twice.
