One Doubt...please help
Do we need to repeat the relative pronoun for the parallel modifiers modifying a single noun?

<noun> that <mod1> and that <mod2> blah

Is the highlighted essential in the above construction?

Hi catfreak,

Grammatically, the answer is "no." However, if the subordinate clause is <mod 1> is especially complex, you may need the second that for stylistic reasons to ensure the sentence reads naturally and clearly.

I have PM'd you as I request you, for the last time, to refrain from making any offensive and unsupported comments in public forum and, thus, spoiling the ongoing discussion.
