I think you should. Especially if you are on the verge of finishing the PhD. I am finishing mine in the spring and have mentioned it in all my applications. I have had some reactions on it since it might be deemed nessescary for my career to get more education, but if you just motivate why youneed an MBA well the PhD should be a strength for you.

Those are my 2 cents anyway.
