Part-Time Program Evaluation

I just took the GMAT for the first time and got a 660 (Q41V41). I have a 3.06 GPA in Business & Information Systems from a California State school. I was working full time during my senior year doing a software startup project at a fortune 50 tech company working 60 hour weeks. Upon graduation I was hired as a permanent employee. I will have 4 years of experience at matriculation and 3 grade level promotions not including my transition from contract to permanent employee status at graduation. I am currently a Product Manager for a software product with yearly revenue in the $10-$15m range ($100-$150b company). I have one patent, and have also worked with coaching and mentoring college interns at my company.
I want to stay at my current employer, and remain in the software field. An MBA will help me further develop my core decision making skills, as well as give me a greater breadth of experience by pulling from the knowledge of those in other fields. I will use this to move up within my company, and would like to eventually become a General Manager of a department, and then a Vice President managing multiple products across an industry segment. I have been given permission to work remotely, so I can go to any part-time program globally.

Here are the schools I'm looking at:

Booth Part Time MBA - Is a Q41 the death knell of my booth applicaiton, even part time?

I understand retaking the GMAT is an option, but what are my chances without for part time?
