If you do not complete one or more section in the practice gmat test on time (gmatprep), are you penalized on the final score?

Can someone tell me?

Yes. It should.

Moreover, do submit the last choice. Because what I have observed is if you do not submit the last question and wait for the time out the last choice is not considered.
On the real test do not do the mistake of not completing the tests even if you have to guess randomly.

Actually, according to a data-based study that GMAC itself conducted, the answer to this question is different for the Q & V sections.
