Can someone help me on how to approach percentile problems.

even my take is 50th percentile considering 12people have scored exactly higher and 12 have scored lower than Anne.

Correct Answer is 48% and source is Knewton Course.

12/25 = (12x4)/(25x4) = 48/100 i.e. 48th percentile
