Can someone let me know what is the best place to get a good grounding in P&C and build on top with some tough problems?

Does Kaplan/OG/PR cover it?
Thanks

they have a general course..

but as part of their course here.. they have a whole book on permutations and combinations and probability. real good.

veritas has good course materials.
sc,rc,cr is tough
math is tough too.
but their tutors are not good.
they have an ok phone and email support. each time you email them, it takes2-3 tries before you get an answer...

i am planning to sell mine in 1 month :)

If you REALLY want to dive into permutations and combinations, Veritas has a dedicated gmat book for it.

I personally think that permutations and combinations are grossly overrated. Most that I've encountered are not of supreme difficultly, and they are not common. I'd stick out my neck and say that you can still get a Q50 without much knowledge of it.
