I would like to know the avenues available in field of IT (management , strategy etc)
I have got following questions
1.In which all fields in IT I can do PH.D
2.I have some financial liabilities here in India .So how much I can get while doing PH.D
3.To which all universities i should apply
Qual :MBA
My UGPA - 9/10
GMAT score 730
I have got 3 years of experience in IT

2. The funding amount is pretty much independent of your financial standing. Visit the schools' websites and search for the info - most schools publish their financial assistances.

For the schools that I'm looking at, the annual stipends range between US$17,000 to US$22,000 with tuition fees covered.

After paying for the necessary living expenses using the stipends, I don't think much is left for other needs. I also have some financial loans to repay - my intention is to repay them before I undertake my PhD journey. I don't want to worry about it while doing my research.

3. You should know which schools you want to apply to, instead of asking your virtual friends. To start off, do a search on the internet - see which school and faculty have interest in your research interest. Then decide for yourself what are the criteria that you will use to make your decision (e.g. faculty interest, school reputation, financial packages, locations, quality of life, etc.). With the list, you can ask the people here comment.
