Hi All,

I am looking for PHD in finance Program. Can anybody, if you have, list the anking of PHD-finance programs?

Does anybody have any idea about Canadian PHD programs? Some of the top canadian universities such as Western Ontario, York, McGhill etc, are not AACSB accerdiated. Does the accerdiation matter for PHD program?

I appreciate your insights. thanks.

sorry that i have no information on phd rankings in finance... in fact - i think there are none. when it comes to phd and research it is hard to do a departmental ranking. in a phd - your advisor would be the most important aspect of the program - and a good advisor is a mix of good researcher and a good fit with your personality and needs as student. while the former can be arguably measured by publications, the latter is to varied and not measurable at all. so i think there is no ranking for phd.
you should choose a department in which you have 2-3 potential advisors in your field of interest that loos suitable for you. MBA rankings may help in your quest for such a department - ut should be taken with a grain of salt.
