To summarize , you have a fairly good chance at ISB. One area of concern could be your relatively shorter duration work experience, but that can be compensated if you can demonstrate your professional maturity in the application essays and interview. Also you need to have realistic clarity on your professional goals to convince admission committee that what you are narrating makes sense.
