Although many people prefer to communicate with many different methods such as e-mail, face-to-face or by voice mail, I rather to use telephone in order to communicate with people. In my opinion using a telephone is the best way to reach people in a proper way and I would like to explain my point of views below.

One of the important reason is that nowadays, everybody has a telephone, even you can see a primary school student who talking on the phone in public. In this point, we can conclude that the telephone usage is more common than any other type of communication devices. To illustrate my point of view, I would like to give an example, I remember writing an e-mail to my adviser in college, and I could not hear from her for a weeks and then I found that she had been sick and she was not able to check her e-mail. So, I wasted a lot of time by waiting for her reply to my e-mail instead I could just call her and I would find out that she took off because of her sudden illness.

Another reason is that using telephone is more comfortable for instance when I talk on the phone I can express my feelings or my needs better. Some people feel more comfortable to talk face-to-face but not everyone has time to meet to talk face-to-face especially in a very busy working days.

On the other hand, although some people would agree with that leaving voice mail is the best or write an e-mail is the more efficient method to communicate, in my perception, telephone is the essential role on communication and it is the best way to communicate each other.

In summary, telephone has crucial role on communication and it is safer and more convenient.
