Thanks for sharing your profile. I think it's fairly strong. Academically, your scores are slightly lower than I'd like to see given your target schools -- a 3.0 GPA is quite low and is probably going to be your biggest weakness in your profile. I would definitely address that in an optional statement. It would have been nice to have a 700+ GMAT score to help compensate for the GPA, but a 690 is not so far off... Still, I'd say academics are your area of weakness overall. Outside of that, the profile is quite good - great professional experience, logical career story and sounds like substantive community work. I don't see much in the way of personal extracurriculars, so I'd suggest thinking through that (e.g. - soccer player? artist? mountain climber? what are your personal interests/hobbies, which have you committed to and followed-through on, and which do you have leadership roles in?)
I think your school choices are thoughtful given your background and interests. Booth and Columbia are going to be tough, but they are possible. LBS and NYU are good targets. Given your GPA, though, I would suggest adding a safer school - perhaps University of Toronto (if you're open to that) or Cornell or Carnegie Mellon?
