Went to Top 5 school-non ivy league
Graduated with below a 3.0 GPA ...

Part of me thinks I don't have a chance in hell but another part of me thinks I do because if my college experience was not so messed up my GPA would have been above a 3.0 at the very least if not a 3.5 :/

[color=#FF0000]AspiringSloanie,

Your 690 is a good score and goes a long way toward compensating for your GPA. Plus, your personal tragedies in college will also not only explain your GPA but give you powerful material for your essays. Add to that your URM status, gender, leadership experience (would be helpful if you also had some recent leadership outside of work), and not-typical career track, and I think you could aim pretty high. If you can give them so focused goals and a really compelling set of essays you should have a shot at a lot of places, including Sloan.

Good luck,
