Hi Paul,
I am applying for fall 2007.
Here are the details and my goals. Please evaluate my profile and ths universities where i am applying

GMAT: 710 Q(50) V(37) AWA(4)
Country: India
Undergraduate: Computer Science graduate from a reputed engineering college in India( Top 10 Engg college)
UG Gpa: 8.1/10 Class Topper 9.1/10
Class rank: 15/62
Full time work experience: 3 years . Will be 4 when i am in.
Working in a MNC
Right now working as a Business Solution Designer for BT ( British Telecom)
Have worked with clients in US, Japan, UK, Indonesia
Community Services:
Have been involved in community for many years.
Right now working with my company for an Orphanage in the role of team lead.
I also have very good communication skills.

GOALS:
My goal is to grow fast in my current field (IT) and work as a consultant. I want to do consulting for IT firms and want to gain a lot of international experience.

I have shortlisted the following schools for applying. Do you think the list is good one and safe.

Krannert school of Mgt ( Purdue)
Kelly School of Mgt ( Indiana)
Urbana Champaign ( Illinois)
Mays Business School ( Tamu)
Georgia Tech
Iowa Tippie
Univerity of Maryland (Smith)
Rotman School of Management ( U of Toronto) Canada

Mohighmin,

Yes, I think your list is a good and safe one--you should get into a few of these schools. You might even want to add schools like CMU and Texas on the high end, since I don't see any "stretches" or "long shots" on your list.
