Your work experience and extracurricular activities seem good. GMAT of 690 is probably on the lower end if you want to to get into top schools. If you’re confident of getting 700+, I’d suggest you retake the exam.
Coming to your goals, why do you want to pursue Finance? I don’t see anything in your back-ground that screams “Finance”. Not to disappoint you but there needs to be a story for the essays. If you have one, well and good, otherwise choose something realistic. You can always choose to switch careers once you start your MBA.
