Thanks for posting. To answer your questions:
1&4: If you know you are interested in working in Silicon Valley post-graduation, it will be to your advantage to attend an MBA program there. The reason is because that is where your network will be, which will be invaluable. New York has a growing tech scene (Columbia, NYU), however many of these students pursue non-technically related careers (Wall Street, consulting, etc.).
2. You have a very strong GMAT score and an excellent candidacy. I do not know enough about your application, and your limited leadership experience may hurt you, but I would not rule out applying to Stanford. If you'd like, you can sign up for a free consultation here to talk more about this:
