Nationality: Asian
Age: 32 at enrollment
Education: BA and MA in International Economics (GPA: 3.7 and 3.9) and 1 year of PhD in Finance (was cut funding due to low GPA)
GMAT: 740 (Q49, V42, AW 4.5)
TOEFL: expect 105 -110 iBT
Waiting results of CFA Level 3 results
Work experience: 1 year it Gov't between BA and MA (economic research), 2 years between MA and PhD (audit company) and 2 years after PhD (stock trading).
Management experience: Responsible for 20-30 people. Manager for 3 years.
Awards: several awards in Economics during college years
Some community involvement (mostly in education)
Target schools: 1st:HSW and LBS; 2nd: Chicago, NYU, Kellogg, Said and Judge; 3rd: Ross, Cornell, OSU.
Post MBA goal: Investment management

You should have a good shot--great profile. I would add Tuck to the mix and possibly Fuqua too if you are looking for investment management. TOEFL may be low for HBS, and they might not like the low grades in PhD program, but then again, not many applicants will have had that much education, so it could also work in your favor as a differentiator.
