Hi fellow Toastmaster!
KUDOS on getting the CFA and being a Divison I football player! Awesome

Any idea what you would like to do post MBA? Long-term?
You've demonstrated leadership capabilities through extracurricular activities. Your work may be more technical in nature, so think about professional leadership examples through leading projects, or getting support for an idea or facilatating a major change, etc.
If you can put forth strong essays, get strong recommendation letters, and show that you have the skills that will help you succeed in your post mba role, you would be competitive for the top ten schools.
Happy to have a chat if you're interested in getting help w career coaching and admissions consulting.
