Please evaluate my profile:

Age: 27
Brazilian Male - attorney
GMAT: 720-730 (expected)
Undergrad: Top Law School in Brazil. GPA: 6.5 (out of 10). Got a 9 in the final paper in Corporate Law.
Grad: Corporate Finance in a top Brazilian Business school - Took classes in Columbia as part of the program) - GPA: 9 (out of 10).

WE
1 year internship - Big wall street bank in São Paulo
2 year internship - Top Tier law firm in São Paulo
4 year Associate M&A and Securities Law - Top Tier law firm in São Paulo

Nice recommendation letters.

Extracurriculars:
- Bass Player
- Lots of Pro Bono Law Practice/ community service - most after college. Part time volunteer as legal advisor to a very well funded education NGO for 3 years .
- Already went to study abroad in Canada and Chile (native in Brazilian Portuguese, fluent in English and Spanish)

Goals after MBA: To work in M&A - Business Development, Strategy, etc. / IB would be an option as well due to the characteristics of my profile

Targets:

Fuqua
McCombs
Goizueta
Owen
UF Hough

In addition, how do you assess the possibility of obtaining a significant scholarship in the schools mentioned above?

I am not a consultant, but I can tell you, as someone who currently is at Florida for grad school (not MBA) you probably will have no stress at all getting in to Hough. They have absolutely beautiful facility, brand new. T

Well, it depends on your GMAT of course, but I agree with tripsd... If you get a 730 Hough and Owen should be very safe schools for you, and in fact I feel like you may be aiming a bit low here, because everything else (Except that undergrad GPA) is GREAT... but let's hold off until you get your GMAT score, and then you can come up with a school strategy.
