Thank you for your detailed profile information. It sounds like you have strong leadership experience and involvement in a variety of areas. Your biggest weakness, you are correct, is your limited work experience. Yes Judge requires 3 years (I am a Judge alum); the others while they do not absolutely require it, encourage it, and most admitted applicants have a solid 4-5 years of experience.
Best advice at this point would be to get some additional work experience and then apply. Also you'll want to take the GMAT soon or at least a practice exam to confirm that you'll be able to hit the target scores you are aiming for.
One big question that I have and the admissions committees would have though-- why do you want a 2nd MBA? If I am understanding correctly? This could also make your application questionable. Even if your argument is that you'd like to work in the US or UK or Spain and have strong reasons for getting that degree, your case would be strengthened by working some first. At the moment this is an open question with regard to the profile you provided.
