WE- 6yrs in IT-
Initial 4 yrs in a US MNC in a banking product development team- was involved in coding as well as analysis. As part of analysis team, represented our product analysis in an international forum in US.
Next 2 yrs in a Indian IT MNC- worked for top US bank. Lead a team of developers sitting across location-India, China, Singapore. Solely responsible for several product releases.
Extracurricular- State level TT championship participation.
Organized a major cultural event during under-graduation.
AIM-> general management/ entrepreneurship from top 30 institutes.

Hey Rohit,
Good to hear from you dude. I really need a whole lot more info from you to give you a real deep profile eval, esp. since if we keep it so short there's something about the profile that you have posted that seems "normal" (Indian, IT, etc.) even if everything looks very good. And if you are gonna be competitive for top 30 schools you are gonna have to find a way to be, one way or another, unique.
From such a generally written profile I can't tell you exactly where you should go, but very roughly, Top 10 are probably gonna be a bit of challenge, but you should be able to find a place in Top 30 with a fantastic application.
Feel free to write more about your community service, extra curriculars, work experience, leadership and anything else that you think might be useful and/or relevant.
