For the schools you mention, I’d consider you borderline or marginally qualified – your GMAT is just at the acceptable level, and your academics seem OK but not outstanding (I’d have to learn more to tell, such as what your ranking in the class is, etc.). Moreover, your work experience doesn’t, on its face, differentiate or distinguish you, although it does help to qualify you. For the professional experience to make you appealing to such programs, you should show a stellar track record of impact and leadership that surpasses that of your accomplished peers. If you can do that, it will make you a more viable applicant to the target programs -- in other words, it would make them
reasonable reaches.
All things considered, I believe that the next tier of schools (in the US programs such as UCLA, Ross, Darden, Duke, and in Europe programs such as IMD and IE), would be more realistic targets.
