Your geographic profile and professional track record in finance within your region/country differentiate you and make you competitive for programs that a 650 GMAT would otherwise make almost out of reach – I’d consider schools such as Texas/McCombs, UNC/Kenan-Flagler, Marshall and Georgetown to be reasonable reaches, and Babson to be an on-par. These recommendations assume that you reach your target TOEFL and GMAT scores. If you can raise the GMAT to the high 600s – say 680 – it would really boost your range for target schools, I believe.

Good luck on those tests!
