Post MBA Aspirations (Consulting)
5 years - Gain further experience
Start my own company after 5 years.
- I am planning to retake the GMAT again. I was consistently scoring 730+ in all my GMAT practise exams but panicked in the real GMAT today and ran out of time during Verbal. I am confident that I will be able to get 700+.
Question.
I would like to get into INSEAD, IMD, LBS, Harvard or Standford, but based on my low GPA and profile, do I stand a chance in any of these programs even if I take the GMAT again and score a 700+?
Thank you once again for evaluating my profile.
If your end up with a 700+ GMAT,
Harvardand
Stanford are still unlikely acceptances. Focus your attention on programs with higher average levels of experience, like
LBS,
INSEAD, and
IMD. Other US schools to consider if your GMAT ends up as anticipated
Ross,
Darden,
Kellogg,
Haas.
Tip: Sharpen your
short-term post-MBA goal.
Best,
Linda
