1) I have never been a part of any NGO. However I did take part in a blood donation camp in my college.

THis is fine, but it's better to have things that are ongoing and connected to a passion you have. For example, if you ran blood donation camps every semester in college or organized them for your community on a consistent basis, that's better.

2) During my undergraduate days I was actively involved in soccer, which included selecting the team for my department. However due to a mishap I could not participate in any tournaments, and hence I dont possess any certificate to vouch for my participation.

Not having documentation for participation is not a big deal--narrating your involvement in the application in a way that comes alive is what's important, by telling them why you like working in this area on a volunteer basis. your desire to work in sports/sports management means this area of involvement will be critical in establishing a thread in your application.

3) I am interested in MIT Sloan because of the Sports Analytics Conference that is held every year. My hobbies include reading books on talent spotting, soccer management and tactics, coaching methods of various soccer managers. I want to build a career based on soccer management. I am working on some ideas about how to influence the game using unconventional methods. MBA is a part of this jigsaw

excellent

4) On the negative side my work experience is low ( 2 years, 5 months in March 2016 ). I am also concerned whether my undergrad marks ( 8.43/10, overall rank 20 out of 105 students in my department ) will be counted as a good score in the 4 point GPA scale.

I wouldn't worry too much about GPA--it's the most forgivable component of one's profile. they will count your work experience all the way up to graduation, so you will likely be viewed as a "three year" work experience applicant. Having said that, many schools like to see four or five, so you may be at a disadvantage.

The real challenge you face is in being a "double switcher," where you change both industry and function. THis is typically a red flag for business schools who worry that people without any connection to their desired post MBA field will have trouble landing a job. You might counter this concern by describing with confidence a path you plan to take which is perceived as doable and realistic. If you can convince them you have the right background and preparation and also that you have a clear path forward, you can find success in the applications most likely. Another way around it is to try and connect what you did in the past more specifically to a hybrid path going forward where you switch either industry or function but not both in the short term and then target the full switch further down the road in your long term plan. Hope this makes sense.
