Hi All,

Can you please evaluate my profile for ISB?

Indian / F / 27

X - 91%
XII - 88%
Decent ECA and community work
B.E. from State University
I have a 5 years work experience in private equity in a research firm. Have also been to US for one year for a project.
GMAT - 700

Can you please let me know my chances at ISB (really keen on getting through) and suggest any other Indian / US b-school (finance focused)?

Hi,

You have not mentioned enough about yourself, specifically the work experienece, for us to give targeted feedback.
Just going by the stats mentioned, your 5 years work experience is optimum, and your GMAT score is decent. The international work experience is helpful.
ISB attracts a huge number of Indian applicants, therefore competition is tough and your chances will depend upon the strength of your application. This includes academic capability, career progression, clear cut career goals and direction about how ISB will help you achieve them.
