Thanks for your post, congrats on that excellent 770!! Pretty impressive.
You have some good experiences and interests, but yes the fact that you technically have an MBA degree, if it truly is an MBA, is likely a hindrance at most top programs, hate to say it... we've heard some admissions officers say they've never admitted anyone for a 2nd MBA, though there are occasional cases where it's happened. Looking at your profile besides that fact, it's fairly strong, especially for schools ranked say 6-15 or so; top 5-ish schools are always going to be a challenge to get into and schools generally prefer a bit more experience, and more leadership/management and more of an impact if possible in your roles (which you may or may not have, but tough to see here).
The fact that you quit your job raises questions too? Not sure of the 'why' but b-schools would wonder about it as well, and then you seem to imply you could continue with it if desired? As far as what you could do in the near future, I'd focus most on what will help you with your long-term career goals, and that will also generally make the most sense from the perspective of the admissions officers.
But it will be tough for a "2nd MBA"; you'll need to really emphasize how the program is different and why you believe you need another MBA! Good luck in these important decisions!
