I'm looking for a one-year or accelerated MBA course. My target schools are:
1. Emory University
2. TCU Neeley
3. Babson College
4. Chapman University

Is my resume suitable to apply for these ones. How should I improve the presentation of my resume?

Many thanks

Hi

Thanks for sharing the details. If you are able to score around 700 you would be in a secure position GMAT wise. For example looking at the past mba class profile of your desired schools the students scored – Emory University: Class of 2012: MBA: Average GMAT Score642, Middle 80% GMAT Score Range560-730. Hence you’re expected score makes your chances strong.
Often candidates overweigh GMAT score and under weigh the importance of their profile. Since your GMAT score is fine you should now leverage rest of the profile. Make sure you balance the profile well and plan the things to utilize your time properly across different activities that play vital role in getting admission and your profile building.
Your academics, beyond the academics and your work experience all play vital role.
Generally most of the applicants have a good 4-5 years of work experience. Although it is not just the work experience that counts but also what you did there like-what were your achievements, what initiative you took, what changes you drove in your workplace etc. So to leverage this if you can show that in 5 years you have demonstrated the skills business schools are looking for -you could put in a strong set of essays.

Expert's post
Well it depends on lots of things, but I would say if you hit even a 670 or higher you would have a good chance to get into one of the schools you applied to, so that takes a bit of pressure off.

As for how to present your resume, well it's something that needs to be worked on. But here are two tips:
1. Focus on ACHIVEMENTS rather than responsibilities
2. Give us the RESULTS of your actions.
soooo for example, we would take your line here:
In charge of financial and commercial due diligence projects and supported valuation projects in various industries

and transform it into something like:
"Oversee a team of ten in five due diligence projects on deals worth 167$ million."
(or whatever details happen to be true)

Hope this helps!
