With schools in the top 8 such as Wharton, Kellogg, Booth, Columbia, Sloan, Tuck -- you'll be a stretch. Not a long shot, but a stretch. Nothing wrong with you at all, but you're up against some very stiff competition. Again, you have enough of a shot that they're worth applying to maybe 2-3 at most, so long as you are applying to other schools as well.
With schools in the top 16 such as Cornell, Ross, NYU, Duke, Darden, UCLA, Haas and Yale -- these are sweet spots. Schools where you have a reasonable shot, although they're not safeties (for safeties you'll have to go outside the top 16). Choose 2-3 from this list.
And this all assumes a higher GMAT -- you're right at the margins, and a 700+ will really help, and ideally a 720+ to be safe. With your current score, it's going to be a handicap - not a fatal one, but one that will mean your admissions results could be much more random since it'll really depend on whether the adcoms reading your file will be willing to overlook your GMAT -- and that will really come down to the personal subjective opinions of the readers themselves.
