Give your amount of work experience, I think you'll have a tough time getting into those schools, particularly the American programs. It doesn't help you now, but the ideal time for you to apply was probably 5-6 years ago.
Take a look at Harvard' Class of 2011 class profile
... You'll see that nearly half of the class graduated from college within the past three years. And, while they don't break it out more explicitly on this page, I would bet that over 90% of the class graduated within the past eight years. Given that you already have ten years of work experience, an executive program might be more suitable at this point. HOWEVER, those programs aren't made for career switchers, so they may not be what you need.
Give it some more thought. But, unfortunately, I think you may be just about out of the feasible age range for the programs you mentioned.
