You seem to have a solid (as in good) profile, but as you are probably aware it is rather a common one. So based only on the little I know about you I would say that you may be reaching a bit high with Insead but that Oxford and Cambridge may be doable with that 700+ GMAT. You have two key challenges: (1) giving them strong leadership stories in your essays and (2) locating and projecting the aspects of your personal story that will make you stand out among the many other talented Indian/male/engineering applicants.
