Hi, I am new to this forum. I am a registered Physical therapist in michigan. I am a 26 year Indian female. I have a passion for MBA. Please advise me if MBA is good for me and can I go to main stream MBA or MBA in health care? I am interested in Main stream MBA. I do not have any certifications for extra curricular activities. I dream everyday about being in one of the top Business schools. Please advise me if I can make it? I am sure that I will get a high score in Gmat. But, plese tell me if I am qualified to get into a top business school. I can volunteer in any health set up inorder to get into a top business school. But, Am i eligible? If so, what is the proceudre? What are the prerequisites? Please tell me as I am a complete novice to this field, But have a passion to be in a top business school though.
Appreciate your time and help

Welcome to the forum. Typically, the only major requirement is an undergraduate degree. There are, however a number of key characteristics that schools look for:
- Strong intellectual ability as measured by the GMAT and academic record
- Leadership, initiative and impact as evidenced through professional achievements, extracurricular activities, recommendation letters and personal essays
- Clear goals and rationale for pursuing an MBA as demonstrated through essays
- Fit with the school's approach to management education as demonstrated through essays
