Worked experience :
- As a Summer Trainee, did a small project in a SAIL and automated their load tarrif calculations(3 months)
- After college, joined DEShaw (one of largest hedge funds in the world) and have been working here since then as a software developer. As of now, I have a 2.5 yrs of work-ex here and am a Senior Member Technical.
Achievements -
- Had 14th rank in the state in the engineering entrance examination.
- Got a Scholarship for 3 continuous years in College based on my academic performance.
Extracurriculars:
-- During College, was the executive member of the ComputerScienceAssociation for 2 continuous years, So was responsible for organizing various seminars, quizes and software events for students.
-- Participated and won prizes in Debates in school and college.
-- Held executive posts in Dramatics club in college and participated in skits.
-- Played a active role in organizing the tech fest and cultural fest in college which has participants from all over India.
I want to pursue MBA from a good BSchool. Which colleges should I target?

You didn't mention what your goals are, which is essential to any school-selection process. Based on what you told me, your weakness appears to be in the area of formal leadership. The fact that you are female is a big advantage to you I think since the vast majority of Indian/engineering/IT applicants are male. I think you could aim for Haas, Cornell, Duke, UCLA, CMU, and Michigan, among the top schools, though of course knowing your post-MBA goals would no doubt alter this list.
