i have a GMAT score of 720 and 6+ years of work experience in the IT industry in India.
1. i have a very poor academic record ( 57% aggregate with several backlogs ) in bachelors of engineering ,from RGPV university India .
2. My USA visa was rejected twice in 2005 for the MS in electrical engineering program.
planning to apply for a 1 year MBA/MIS program in any practical US/Canada/European university for the spring 2012 session.
would be very grateful if you suggest any practical universities.
I don't feel I can comment until I understand why your visa was rejected twice. Is there something in your background that is causing the US government to question the veracity of your studies?
On a purely statistical level, your 720 GMAT and 6 years of successful IT work experience with growing leadership roles position you to succeed at the 20-30 ranked programs. Your description of your experience is so brief though: if you do possess significant leadership experience and have made large impacts on your companies, then I could see top 10-20 as well.
