your profile at first blush appears to have much of the "right stuff" for your target schools, with a real bonus for leadership, since it appears you have been promoted to the point of having several direct reports. in your applications you should emphasize what you have learned about leading in an international environment especially how your leadership style has developed. It is difficult to manage a group of commission based employees, so explaining the nuances of doing so will demonstrate maturity which should impress the adcoms, who are looking at the end of the day for people who can get along well with other type A personalities. Let us know if we can help you draw out the best of yourself on paper and define a career vision which will be compelling.
