Now my qualification are

GMAT 550
- Quantitative 47
- Verbal 19
- AWA 5
- Integrate 5
Toefl 77
Work experience : 3 at Deloitte as an auditor

B School that i want to enter is UC Irvine , University of colorado at boulder and Virginia tech pamplin

Your biggest barrier to entry is your TEOFL score. Simply put, it is too low for admissions to these programs as admissions will view you as not having the command of the English language to be able to compete and contribute. Most schools are clear about their minimum TOEFL requirements and they are strict about having their students meet the minimum standards. The good news about TEOFL is that if you practice and study, your score can improve pretty dramatically.

Totally agree, and once you get that down, you could also work on the GMAT a bit.
Take your time hear to get those scores you need before you apply. It's worth it in the end.
