Given the context of the opener my bet is on the career. After all, the MBA itself is theoretically only the conduit to that career. So logically it would seem like they want you to first set up your story explaining what career you've chosen / why, then elaborate on what so far has gotten you to a prepared level for that career, and finally and most specifically what skillsets you have developed in through those experiences.
