hi
i am giving gamt on nov 20..i wana apply for Round 2 in us dead line jan 4.
I am confident to score 720 and i did mbbs in india and is running the family hospital..should i try the top 10 in us or which business school shoud i try....

Dude,
First, correct your English. It's incomprehensible.
Before you appear for the GMAT, you'd be better off knowing that it's not "gamt".
Also, do try and use caps where necessary.
Finally, to answer your question - If you haven't started on the GMAT yet and obviously do not know which schools you will apply to, it's too late to be considered for Round 2 for the top 10 in the US. This is my considered opinion, not necessarily a statement of fact.

Look for programs with health care management, if your goal is to manage your famaly's hospital.

But honestly is very hard to know where you should apply to. Only you can answer this question.
